Sending you a friends request. None of us are perfect. I know all about the soda thing. I now drink water however do still have a small 7oz can if soda in the evening.

It is a learning process. I take snack sized baggies and measure out my snacks according to the per serving on the nutrition label, then mark each one with the calories per serving so I can log it accurately. I store them in a plastic grocery bag in the cupboard and this reminds me no matter what snacks ate in the house…

You have to make time for you even if it is only a few minutes a day. I am 45 and after 3 kids and 4 grandkids I finally figured that out. We all struggle and have our moments just remember you are human...send a friend request will be more than happy to help..plus we are all on the same goal to get healthy and loose weight

I have lost 10lbs so far. Started in mid Jan. It is not that I don't want to exercise, it is just the case of me finding the right ones....and usually when I plan on exercising my phone rings and I usually have to help someone with something .....

I weigh once a week...usually on Tuesdays....but am going to start working harder on exercising so should see the numbers move more Thanks everyone
