Once you're all done with this one, give Jillian Micheal's 6 week 6 pack DVD a go. It's 42 days of pure torture, but it'll give you a really strong core. I love that b*tch0

I want to do this -- and the push-up one and the squat one too! lol
Question -- I am currently in the middle of the slim in 6 program as well as the c25k program. Is this something that I could start right away or should I wait until I finish the other programs first?? Just want to be safe and not hurt or overexert myself.0 -

So today is my day 3 now - will do once warmed up from a dvd as my abs are aching from doing P90X2 core yesterday. :laugh:
Yes, can def be done along with other things - at the start its not enough to be a sole exercise for the day and I log them just as strength training so no calories burnt. Might change that when I get to 200 though! lol0 -

Just finish 60 sit ups at the gym.

Did this as part and just after 30 Day shred (level 3 started today) - day 2 of sit up challenge complete!

Just finished week 3 day 1. It was 69 situps. Rather than doing the 5 sets I just did two... first set 55, 2nd set 14.0

I haven't started this yet. Mainly because I have it in my head that it will be hard to accomplish. But I now realize it shouldn't be too difficult. I counted last night and doing the video I'm currently working with I am doing roughly 70-75 situps now. So I think I'll start this program as well as the 200 squats one this Sunday.0
