OK, gonna give it a go. I am really bad at sit ups and get a sore neck but need to strengthen the abs so here goes.0

I haven't started this yet. Mainly because I have it in my head that it will be hard to accomplish. But I now realize it shouldn't be too difficult. I counted last night and doing the video I'm currently working with I am doing roughly 70-75 situps now. So I think I'll start this program as well as the 200 squats one this Sunday.0
