After I take my pre workout drink, I eat an apple before I get started sometimes, others I don't eat anything because I drink a protein shake after I am done. The night before I try to eat some cottage cheese.

Call me crazy but I have a 32 oz. bottle and I probably fill it up 6 times a day or more. Everyone is right about the 64 oz. I guess I have just acquired a taste for it.

I feel 100 times better than I ever have. Now I will rarely have a glass of sweet tea, I mean come on I am from the south I was raised on this stuff, but I am usually 95% water and 5% powerade zero and I can really tell a big difference.

Now this is just me but this is what I do, If I work out, I do it first thing in the morning when I get up or after work. If it's first thing, I try not to eat but if I do, it's an apple. If I was trying to do 25 pushups, I would break it up into 3 sets, 8-8- and then 9 on the last. I wouldn't try doing them all at once.…

I don't think that there is anything wrong with it. You can take supplements all day long, but unless you put the work in, they will not work for you.

I have had great success using the elliptical. I was told that using it compared to running on the treadmill or just running in general, it's alot easier on your body, but yet is more effective. My workout routine that I do has me using the treadmill or bike, but I substitue the elliptical in. I highly reccommend it.

I drink Propel, they have it in flavors and you can get that at Wal-Mart, and I also drink Fruit H2O and Nestle Pure Life Water that is flavored with lemon. It helps me, espically with meals. Hope this helps you out.
