New goals

Hi everyone,
I'm not new to the site but my goals have changed so I figuered I'd throw this up here as well.
I joined mfp about a year ago and have took my weight from a high between 230 & 240 down to 168 lbs in mid December. I've since changed my goals from losing fat to gaining muscle. I've upped my caloric intake and have been weight training 3-4 times per week for the past month. I'm looking for some friends on here who weight train frequently. I'd appreciate your input, experience and motivation. My goal is to put on some muscle mass before the summer.

I am looking to do about the same thing. I started out a little over 192 and I have lost 5 lbs. in a little over a week. I would like to drop about 20 lbs. and then put back on good weight. I have started going back to the gym but I have been just walking and starting to ride a bike and by the end of the week I am going to get on the elliptical. It has been a while since I have been in the gym so I want to do this right this time. I have the same goal to for the summer, so good luck to you man.0
