I am throwing a question out there, should we be taking supplements or weight loss aids? I currently take the following;
Chromium, Omega 3-6-9 and a weight loss aid for cravings. I am not sure if this will hinder me in the long run I think I would like to do this on my own but am also looking for help to lose the weight. I am just starting to get back into my workouts and am not looking for quick results just an aid in helping me lose the weight while getting my nutrition and fitness back inline. Any one have thoughts on weight loss aids? I am scared if I stop taking them I will gain my weight loss back. I was on Herbal one and lost 20lbs with their suppliments of a metabolism booster.

MY opinion is that I think a natural supplement for a VERY short time is ok for suppressing appetite or boosting metabolism.. ONLY until you feel you are in the swing of it all.. I FIRMLY believe in working out hard and eating good whole foods.. I get off track here and there and sometimes need a little something to get me going again and as soon as I know I have it under control, I stop taking it. Hope that helps.0

HI, since I've been asking for so much lately from my body I'm taking calcium (bones), glucosamine and Chondroitin (joints) and whey protein. I eat protein but would like to put on some muscle so want to make sure that I'm getting enough.0

I don't think that there is anything wrong with it. You can take supplements all day long, but unless you put the work in, they will not work for you.0
