wow~! I am also 5'4 and started at 211 now down to about 188-190. I can't seem to get to my goal of 150 and I started this in Jan as well. Any tips?

I really want to try this. However, I once heard that putting honey on your face was really good so I tried it and broke out into a little rash. It was a packet of honey so maybe that's why. I am willing to try this though.

Wow!! What a great job! I am doing the same thing as far as calorie counting and walking. Is this all you did? I still have about 50 lbs to go.... and I have fallen off the wagon this week. :sad:

I'm 5 ft 4 in and currently at 190. :( My goal is about 160. Once I get there, we will see how I feel and look to myself to determine what steps to take next. I will say though, i would be sooo happy to be at 160!!!

That sounds yummy! Right now I eat string cheese, grapes and sliced almonds- Not together though. Sometimes yogurt too.
