Made several minor changes to the spreadsheet that have come up lately as being useful.

BMR/TDEE tab - TDEE calc 3B. Since FitBit and BodyMedia both use Harris BMR calc to help set the foundation of your daily calorie burn estimate and that is the least accurate BMR, if your Katch BMR calc is different by 150-250 calories, that could mean being too conservitive then need be.
So now when you enter in 3 non-exercise days, if you have a Katch BMR, the difference in calorie burn is calculated, and you are shown a corrected average to use.

HRM tab - changed the links for HRmax test to actual website with tests.

MFP Tweak tab - added a section to enter your reported calorie burn, so the same deficit can be taken on it for proper logging for eating them back. Just like the TDEE method would have done. Plus a table range of calorie burns with the deficit value to log.

    Thank you!

Welcome, hope you find it useful.

Every so often, pull up a new master copy, check the revision date and the note there, and see if any improvement is worth getting the newer one.

Ver 3 here was several things.

Sadly, I never really kept track of the minor stuff until recently. I'm adding changes as a Note to the cell that says what version date is.

thank you! I just spent the time plugging it all in....took awhile because I am no excel wiz!

I especially appreciate how when you put in your exercise calories it adjusts off the daily cals so they are not counted double. I have tried to explain this net vs. gross calorie thing to some of my pals and they just hate that! LOL! but, that's why I've lost pounds and maybe because they haven't??

    Anyway, thanks again!

    Edit: cause I can't type/spell either ;-)
