    Made several minor changes to the spreadsheet that have come up lately as being useful.

    BMR/TDEE tab - TDEE calc 3B. Since FitBit and BodyMedia both use Harris BMR calc to help set the foundation of your daily calorie burn estimate and that is the least accurate BMR, if your Katch BMR calc is different by 150-250 calories, that could mean being too conservitive then need be.
    So now when you enter in 3 non-exercise days, if you have a Katch BMR, the difference in calorie burn is calculated, and you are shown a corrected average to use.

    HRM tab - changed the links for HRmax test to actual website with tests.

    MFP Tweak tab - added a section to enter your reported calorie burn, so the same deficit can be taken on it for proper logging for eating them back. Just like the TDEE method would have done. Plus a table range of calorie burns with the deficit value to log.
