    thank you! I just spent the time plugging it all in....took awhile because I am no excel wiz!

    I especially appreciate how when you put in your exercise calories it adjusts off the daily cals so they are not counted double. I have tried to explain this net vs. gross calorie thing to some of my pals and they just hate that! LOL! but, that's why I've lost pounds and maybe because they haven't??

    You bet.

    i figured there are enough inaccuracies in food labeling, in the HRM calorie burn too, why not make as exact as possible what can be made that way. Over the course of a week it can add up to 1000 calories easy depending on your workout length and intensity.
    Longer and less intense get the worse effect.

    Wish it wasn't like a swiss army knife with everything under the sun in it, even that one little tool you never know what it's for.
    But everything in there has come up multiple times when running numbers or for myself, so thought it best to include.

    Only (teeny tiny point) that some sentences don't seem complete - a wrapping thing or such because if you click on the cell itself the sentence is all there. Example: PAS level 3 description (HRM tab).
    Really not significant but if you're looking for work.... ;-)

    Well, that is good catch. I've tried to look at the Excel conversion and see what can be changed in the Google spreadsheet to make it come out correctly once converted. But only caught a couple major ones that really messed things up.

    I'll have to start making my way through for visual things. That is strange though, must be a change of font size.

    Thanks for comment. Visual changes shouldn't be too bad, Finish a tab at a time hopefully.

    Anyone else use this through Google Documents on Safari on Mac or iPad, and any advice?

    Or at least had the option to download as Excel file and use in Mac's MS Office Excel?
