11 pages of bumps and thankses. hahaha

Yes, and from the 2000 downloads, probably half re-downloads on updates, I've only heard back from probably 50 having success following the advice that is already out there, just packaged in one place. Those are the ones not currently in the roadmap group or friends already.

Always curious how many more hold out for 3 weeks minimum and then start seeing success.

  • My problem is that I always end up changing my calorie goal... I must stop changing it and let it be the way I have it for at least a month.

I'm on week 5 right now. Week 4 was upsetting because I gained 2. This week I lost the 2 I gained, plus 0.4 more. So I'm on until the end of the year before I make any major decisions.

Good work, probably feeling stronger too.

Oh, imagine the Simple Setup tab not there, the TDEE Deficit tab by itself was long form, new tab is short form at least.

But you do have to have your shoebox of receipts, or stats, for best results.

Totally based on commons desires I saw expressed, and common issues I saw come up, in using other sites.

    Been a work in motion.

And if anyone needs better descriptions of the spreadsheet, which has been updated since original post, or more info on TDEE and BMR and such.

Made an update on the Simple Setup tab.

Instead of making you go to the Macros tab to fill in details to get common recommendations, I just included the instructions as to what to change and what the values are for you based on your LBM if you entered a BF%, or goal weight if you did not.
