Love this way of thinking. I was once at the grocery store and put a bunch of butter together to show myself how much I lost - I got some looks but I don't care - visualizing it is the best way!

I had no idea there was a pill that caused these things - I live with IBS-D (and have since I was a child) ---- it is a worry for me of this happening when I wake up with a bad stomach. Don't take a pill that could even possibly cause this (and has a warning on the package!) --- it is just not worth the stress. At least…

You can definitely set up a custom calorie goal on here! I don't have a fitbit (I think it's an arm band type thing -you could google it!) - from what I've heard they help, but I don't think they are necessary. It has absolutely worked for me! http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator use this to figure out your TDEE I upped my calories about a month ago - log everything I eat every day - and have gone down 7.5 pounds since!

I have IBS - it's a constant battle with whatever I eat, but I have learned that there are definitely some things that irritate it more than others. I have not cut out breads/pastas completely, but since I have cut back on them - I have definitely found I have a lot more energy.

Great - thanks for your help!! I didn't know what to be looking at!! So when I start to increase my exercise - should I re-do my TDEE to calculate my daily calories, or leave it as is?

My BMR is 1604; my TDEE is 1924 ---- I just re-did the numbers. (does that make sense) It's all so confusing to me - I hate numbers!
