I would be careful with all those frozen dinners, high in sodium and preservatives. Eat them if you have to. I bring in a loaf of healthy choice high fiber wheat bread. Wii active is pretty good, you can even do a 30 day challenge. If you go to gamestop.com, you can view videos of the game. Jilliams game looked kind of boring to me. Wii active is more fun.

The frozen meals have a lot of sodium, so be careful with that, I usually only do one a day if I do them. Do you have a george foreman grill, you can get chicken breast and fish and even steak and slap it on and it be done in 5 minutes, steam your veggies and your good to go.
