5'5 girls..what is goal weight?

I'm 5'5" my SW was 180 lbs, and my GW is 130 lbs. I'm working on it and I'm happy with the way I've improved, but I have a certain way I want my body to look and the little gut isn't working. (That's all I"m really trying to lose, once it's gone I don't care anymore).

Well Im not that tall, lol but I am close at 5ft 3in and my goal is 145 pounds to start with0

I am 5'4 and 48 years old. I am at 160 now and would like to get to 140.0

I'm 5'5", 47 years old and my current weight is 136-138 (I gain and lose the same 2 pounds constantly). My highest weight last year was 156, and I thought my goal might be 130. When I was a little younger and running consistently my best was 128. I've started weight training, though, so am paying less attention to the scale and more attention to muscle definition, how I feel, and how my clothes are fitting. So now I'm thinking that my goal shouldn't be a weight, but maybe a clothes size. I can wear US 8 and sometimes 6s. A consistent 6 would be nice, and I wouldn't be unhappy if I hit a 4!0

5' 5.5'', 134-136. I'm pear-shaped and just don't look good below 130.0

I'm 5'5" and my goal is 135. After that, I plan on really concentrating on getting toned. I'm a curvy girl and really don't want to lose that (the boobs and the butt) while still maintaining a healthy weight.0

I'm 5'5" and currently at 160. My original goal was 140 (I've been as low at 149 in my adult life). My MFP SW was 170. After seeing so many amazing result I changed my goal to 130. But it's not set in stone. I want to see how I look as I lose fat and gain muscle, I'm more concerned with how I look and feel than the number. The number is just a guide right now.0

My starting weight was 250 lbs. and I would love to to get down to 145 IF my body allows it, and I don't look thin and frail. It doesn't help either that I have large hips. I am already down to 205, so only 60 more to go!0

I'm 5'5" and I always seem to settle at 133 (I'm around 136 now). I'd like to be below 130 (and stay there!!) and my ultimate goal would be to balance between 120-125.0

I am going for 150lbs. If I lose more than that or if I'm just shy of it that is fine. I will weigh less than what I did in middle school and that would make me satisfied.0

Wow, there are a lot of REALLY low weight goals! I'm 5'6 and my goal 160. I'm pretty curvy though. Below that, Im afraid I'd lose the parts I want to keep!0

my goal weight is 155-160lbs. It can all depend on your body frame.....a personal trainer said you can determine what size your frame is by wrapping your forefinger(not middle finger) and thumb around your wrist. If your fingers don't touch you're a large frame, if they just touch your medium frame and if they overlap you are a small frame. So everybody's ideal weight can be different.0

My goal weight is between 125 and 130. I am at 141 right now.0

Wow if I were you, I'd be at goal! I'm also 5'5" but will be 52 in a few months. My goal is 148.

I'm currently 110lb and my goal weight is 100lb.
It's low because I have more fat around my waist which endangers my health more than anywhere else ^^ I just need tot lose it c:
the "fat" around your waist is body fat, not weight. Losing weight will not rid your waist of that, but losing body fat will.0 -
I'm 5' 4-1/2" tall and I'm right at 140, give or take a few pounds, and have found that I'm pretty happy with that. My BMI is around 30% which isn't great, but isn't bad either. I could probably lower both, but I like to eat so I work out like crazy and eat what I want. I fluctuate between a size 6 and 8 so I'll take it. Single digits. :laugh:0
