Wow if I were you, I'd be at goal! I'm also 5'5" but will be 52 in a few months. My goal is 148.0

I'm 5'4" and my goal is 160! Ultimately 145 but the lightest I've ever been (and I was low body fat, lots of muscle) was 160 so that's my goal.0

Well my goal was 119lbs but I think that may be too low? I'm 126lbs now (SW: 143) and I'm quite happy, think maybe I should stop focusing on the scale now and worry more about eating better and building muscle.0

I'm aiming for around 10 stone (140lbs), however my main goal is to fit in UK size 10 jeans. The lightest ive ever been was 9 stone (128lbs), but that was with no exercise so i expect that i'll weigh more at the same size this time :-)0

122-125lbs for me. I used to be much lighter naturally but after passing 30 I have slowly but sure expanded. :-)0

My goal weight is 152. I am 5'4 and it says I should be 113 to 152. I will be 35 this year.
Good luck on your jouney0 -
I'm 5'4", 36 years old. My original goal weight was 150lbs. I've been at or below that since Sept 2010. Right now, I've been hovering around 147lbs. I just switched jobs - which meant a complete switch in my work schedule times (used to work 2nd, now work 1st)... so my body is somewhat out of sync right now.0

I'm 5' 5" and I'm looking to be about 140... maybe a little more, maybe a little less depending on how defined I am when I get close. Good luck! =D0

I am 5'6" and will be 38 in a few more day..... my GW is 140 and my CW is 1540

Im 207 right now and my goal is 160 aswell...im also 5'40 -
I'm 5'5 1/2". My goal ultimate goal is between 120 and 130, but my right now goal is to get under 200.0

145 is my goal. My skeletal form wouldn't allow me to be less than a 12 around the hips and I like my curves so I'd be over the moon at 145.0

Hi- i am 5'5, 33 and currently weigh 124lbs-i wear UK size 8. i am pretty happy at this weight but am quite a narrow build so its amazing if i gained 10lbs eventhough i would still be very healthy weight i look 'more' than i actually weigh. For my wedding i would like to be 118-120lbs..its a few months off so steady as i go..definition is more my goal! i want abs for my honeymoon0

i just want to be a size 12-14 (uk). naturally i am a 10-12, i would look ill any smaller. I dont know what weight that will be, as im going to hopefully have quite a bit of muscle, so im not going to set a weight target- just a clothing size target!0

I'm 5'4 1/2", 65 and my CW is 141. Goal weight 139.5. I'm fine where I'm at but it's a mental thing. I want to be below 140.0

I am 5ft 5, goal weight is around 147lbs. I am 31 (today). As an adult I have never weighed less than 10 stone so dont have any illusions about trying to get below the double figure. Just gonna see how I feel when I get below 11 stone and take it from there.
Got a couple of stone to go yet though!!0 -
My original goal was 135, then 130, then 126... then I gained a little weight on maintenance and looked even better and smaller, so I stopped having a goal weight.0

Hi All- I'm 5'5 and I'm 46 years old. When I was in my 20's and 30's I was 120-125. After 38 it has been a struggle and I jumped up to 140-145. I have lost a few time back down to about 135. So setting my goal at 130 seem reasonable. I just hit that and now I've readjusted to 125 like when I was younger. Why not. I think goal weight is individual based on many factors, starting weight, average lifetime weight, body frame and bone structure. If you have a lot of weight to lose, I think it is important to set smaller goals to see success and reset them at each increment.
I can tell you at 145 I felt so bad. For others they might feel great. I had no energy, my back hurt from weak stomach muscles and my stomach hurt from poor eating. Now I am doing Taebo 4-5 times a week and eating very healthy and I feel great. A little tip. My weight loss was very slow until I started paying attention to my sodium and sugar grams and eating more veggie, the weight started to come off. I hit my goal last week. I still pay attention to calories, carbs and fat but but do not ignor the other two. I also eat 4-5 times a day. My motabolism really started to kick in. Good luck.0 -
I am 24 years old, 5 ft 2 inches and my starting weight was 208-210 pounds, i am now 132-134 (scale keeps going up and down) and my goal weight is 125 hopefully by my wedding and honeymoon in this July. I am comfortable at the weight I am at right now so I have just been focusing on toning and eating right and i am trying to stop obsessing over the number on the scale but ultimately that is my goal weight.0
