5'5 girls..what is goal weight?

I'm 5'5 and hit my goal weight of 115 in January. I've been maintaining around 116-118. I've always been on the smaller side and hit a high weight of 141. My clothes were getting to tight and I was tired of eating crappy food plus I just felt awful. I lost a few pounds last spring but noticed them creeping back so in late August I started MFP at 136 lbs and hit my goal January 24 of this year.0

My short term goal is to be 170 and I'm 5'4.0

i just want to be a size 12-14 (uk). naturally i am a 10-12, i would look ill any smaller. I dont know what weight that will be, as im going to hopefully have quite a bit of muscle, so im not going to set a weight target- just a clothing size target!
i am going for clothes sizes to be honest. I am 5'5 first goal is to get to 168lbs and take it from there0 -
My 1st target is 1331b, but was 125 in my early thirties pre children. Will happy I think to be 1330

I'm 5'5" and 23 years old, SW was in the low 140s, right now I'm around 128ish, I'd like to get down to 120 and/or just in good enough shape that my tummy pudge goes away. :P0

I'm 41ish, 5'5" (but already shrinking) I'm 126 on my good days & I'm working toward 120. I was there last spring and it's definitely my "sweet spot"0

Im 5"5 and my current weight is 154lbs. Im battling at the moment though and dont seem to have the willpower, however y goal is currently 140. Once i get there and see how I look, it might drop to 134.

my goal weight is 140...
I might go lower depending on how I look when I get there, though! but most likely no less than 135, since I've got a largeish frame and I've always been pretty "solid" or muscular just naturally.
my lowest weight (at this height) was around 130 at the beginning of college, but I was kinda skinnyfat.
edit to add - I am currently (at 145ish lbs) a size 6. I'd love to be a size 4 again, and as long as my flubba isn't around the scale isn't really what matters0 -
5'4" and I'm headed for 150..that might be too skinny, but I'll see when I get there good luck everyone!0

I'm 5'5" and my goal weight is anywhere between 125-128!! I'm at 138 right now....I've been at my goal weight before so I am aware of how it fits me and I look good at that weight!0

I'm 24 about 5'5-5'6 ish and my goal weight is also 125. SW 155 and CW 143.0

Im 5'5" and Im 52 years old my goal weight is 170 which means I have 13 lbs to go I would really love to see 179 at this point I have been playing with the same 7/10 of a pound for about a month now :sad:0

I am a month away from 49, and for most of my 40s I hovered around 150-160, and I was comfortable there! So my goal is 155! I have 24 lbs to go! Actually I might even be thrilled with 160 at this age, seems you need a little extra to keep the wrinkles filled out! ~0

1'm 5' 5 1/2" and My original goal weight was 150. I'd like to be 150-145, as long as I am healthy and in shape either is fine. I kinda lost focus these past couple months and I'm around 152-5. I've been this weight while, But when you're in shape it feels and looks a lot different. It's definitely more about how you feel than the number.0

I'm 5'5 and I'm not sure what I weigh right now since my scale battery died a week ago, but I did get down to 120 at the beginning of March.
My goal was 115 but I just don't see that happening unless I eat like a bird. I felt pretty good about my body at 120 anyway.0 -
I am just a smidge over 5'5", used to always call it 5'6", but finally gave up and decided I'm 5'5". lol I'm 39 and my CW is 153-154, my GW is 140 (SW 165). As and adult, after having kids, I generally stay in the 150 range, but was around 140 for several years. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism about 2 years ago (after gaining about 40-50 lbs). My thyroid is pretty decently regulated with meds, but if I don't exercise, the weight just sticks to me, mostly around the middle, though I do tend to gain some weight all over. I haven't seen the 130s in about 8 years and the 120s have been gone for about 20 years. lol I'm actually pretty ok with myself right around 150, so if that's where I wind up, with much more muscle than flab, I'm ok with that as well. I'm shooting for 140, but we shall see as that number gets closer.0

I will be 30 in just under 2 weeks. My starting weight was 203, my current weight is 190, and my goal weight is 160. That is for now. I plan to see how I am feeling and looking at that point.0

I'm 5'5" and my SW was 200lbs... my original goal was 150 and a size 10, b/c I wanted to make sure it was a lifetime maintainable goal... but I got down to low 130s and a size 6 and did pretty well maintaining until I got pregnant again last October. Up to 160 w/ a couple months to go, but still 20lbs lower than my starting weight for my last pregnancy! Hoping to get back down to 140 pretty soon after I deliver but not going to push it too hard.0

What I really want is to get back into size 2 jeans (specifically AE jeans because that's the brand of my "goal jeans" from a few years ago). I was 125lbs when they fit, so I'm aiming for something around the 125 mark overall. Oh and I'm 5'6", but that shouldn't really make a difference, it's just an inch. I'm 19 by the way, but will be 20 before I reach my goal!

I'm 5'5" and 34 yrs old. I currently weigh 132 and have met my goal and surpassed it (135) so at this point if I lose more great, but I'm trying to do more toning than losing.0

Me too! I am 5'6" and presently weigh 141, after an indulgent weekend. My goal is 138, and I actually weighed 139.4 last week. Just want to be under 140, with some room to spare.0 -
Wow, some of you have really low GW...
A few years ago I met with a nutritionist who said my ideal weight is somewhere between 68.5kg(150.7lbs) and 72.5kg(159.5lbs). He based this on my height, 165cm(5"5), and the wight of my wrists and knees. I'm aiming at 70kg, 154lbs, witch is smack in the middle.0 -
156 or thereabouts for me. I'm currently 181.5
I think much less than 150ish and i'd look odd, just because I don't think i would suit it. I think it depends on the individual and their body type.

I am 40 yrs old, 5'5" and my goal weight is 127lbs....just want to stay right around 130 in the long run. I have a pound and a half to go!0

I'm 5'6" and my starting weight was 250lb, I would love to get as small as possible so 115lb would be ideal but maybe unrealistic :P I'm still going to try though!0

My highest weight was 158
My goal was 130lbs - now that I am 1-2 lbs off that... it has changed to 125lbs

5'5", CW 178, pear shape, and 55 yo. Looking to add about 20 lbs of muscle weight (everywhere). Not really looking for a number on the scale, but to ball park it 125-140. Not really looking for a size either, since it varies from one brand to the next.
