Thanks everyone for your advice!! I think I am going to try to prevent myself from being too burned out on one or the other, so I am going to try mixing it up. So I have come up with Monday and Friday morning workouts and Wednesday evening workouts, Saturday or Sunday whenever I want and walks inbetween...I'm hoping it…

I have had the same problem! I have been stuck at the same weight for about 4 months now and it really makes me struggle with staying motivated!!

I have been pretty bad at both aspects here lately haha I am starting to do better at the working out but I am hoping having to log everything I eat and actually seeing it will really help!
