I just joined myfitnesspal today and am hopeful that it will help me to remain consistent with my food diary and help me to reach my goals. My weight tends to "yo-yo" every now and then and I would love to be able to shed these last 9-10 lbs!! I would love to have people to talk to who really understand and help us all support each other on our "journey" to weight loss. Good luck to everyone!! :happy:

    Welcome, You are at the right place for support. The mfp site is very helpful and you are going to find so many creative ways and tools to assist you on your journey.

    Personally I am not really so great about the eating aspect of my life. I rock when it comes to the exercise side. Feel free to add me as a friend. Perhaps we can motivate each other! Have a super day and enjoy all of the new tools at your disposal!:bigsmile:

  • I have been pretty bad at both aspects here lately haha I am starting to do better at the working out but I am hoping having to log everything I eat and actually seeing it will really help!
