  • One word: BISON I make a great little bison burger by putting spinach, chopped garlic, and chopped onion in a bowl. Add the bison and mix. Shape into patties and grill. YUMMY is all I can say!

  • Mix it once really well and then put it in the fridge. It won't separate again. Works every time. I eat any of them LOL. I really like almond butter. The one I buy is made locally.
  • Brown rice in the bag is always better IMO. Brown rice has oodles more fiber which will keep feeling fuller longer. When choosing carbs I always make sure they have at least 1 gram of dietary fiber for every 7-8 grams of carbs. Best "fast" food I have found recently... Bird's Eye Steamfresh brown rice.
