  • those are money makers :)) like all the other games.. there are different things u can purchase for every game out there.. You dont need anything other then the control to play the game.. I play with the control and the wii board :))

  • hello there... i have the same problem. after a intense workout i dont find myself hungry. but that is the best time to eat cause ur metabolism is up. so after i work out i will make myself eat even if im not hungry. also i find that little protein bars do help. they are small enough where u dont feel like ur eating alot…

  • im a member at the Golds in Pittsburgh. they have TONS of fitness classes and all tyes of rooms for each class... its not Too serious.. the cardio and classrooms are upstairs and the free weight stuff is all down stairs . so if ur worried about being around the big loud people its perfect :) everytime im working out there…

  • Yes that's correct the TreadClimber is different then the stair climber The TreadClimber is like a treadmill, but it has two "paddles" that you walk on and they move up and down as you walk..   • Im a 28 year old male who currently lives alone.. I consider myself pretty good in the kitchen when I have to be. My problem is i work 7 - 5 and by the time I get home its 6.
