  • MFP tells me i need to eat a net calorie intake of 1220 calories. It also tells me to eat 2,220 calories and exercise 1000 of it off. Since i'm just starting out with exercise, I only add 300 calories or less, making my intake goal of 1500 or less. If that makes sense.
