40 lbs is so my goal! I lost 8lbs so far, also 5'6 I want to get back to 125. I was 125 many many years ago and now I am not. Time to shed those lbs and get a new wardrobe and dress in style once again! Good for you for the motivation and determination!

Good feedback thanks, I have actually been working out everyday for 30 minutes doing either the elliptical or walking. I would not say I have been inactive but I see what you mean by starting out slowly and building up. I have hear Jillian Michael's is good I will have to read up on Bob Harper. Thanks for the response :)

lol to josh, you never know what you may read when buzzed or curious! I am sure not what you were looking for ha ha! As far as to respond to the question originated, yes it just happen to me and it was like the other ladies said about the same for me. I was more like 3-4lbs. Just had my snack it was Savoritz Garlic and chive pita crackers with some Hummus (1tbsp) spread on each one had 7 crackers at 10 calories each and hummus added and spread to each one at 30 calories- total snack 100 calories and has the sweetness but the crunch to it. :happy:
