I gave the spread to my dad (picky as hell) just put in in a glass dish at dinner so he didnt see the tub that says "made with yogurt", he had no idea, even went back for more!

Breastfeeding moms need 500 calories more a day than someone who is not breastfeeding. Lowering your calories to much will defiantly lower your supply. The more you pump and nurse the more milk you will produce!

It is expensive!! I heard if you are going to buy anything Organic it should be Milk and Eggs. I also buy Organic juice for my kids because the fruit they use in regular juice has lots of chemicals and pesticides on them and they dont wash them before they use them for juice so all that gross stuff on the outside of fruits…

When your in a "snacking" mood fat free popcorn makes you feel like you can eat alot for a little "cost"! Also drink alot of water before you eat your snack and you will feel fuller faster. I hate drinking lots of water at one time but it really does work!
