I would like to join!!! I also trouble with eating at night; I have insomnia so whenever I find myself unable to sleep (which is most nights) I get up, and it's then when i find myself eating for no reason. I don't belong to a gym, although i do exercise at home by running, walking, dancing, hula hooping and strength…

IMHO I think planks are the best workout b/c they work the whole of the core, but bicycle crunches work the whole of the abs and obliques, so they're pretty good. Also I find burpees work the core while being a good cardio workout, so they help shift the fat as well.

i do mainly cardio; running, jogging, dancing but i'm trying to incorperate more strength into my workouts... maybe conditioning such as burpees, push ups, crunches and planks?
