If I were to drink half my weight in water, I would be looking at 67oz. I've been trying to get 64oz anyway, an extra 3 shouldn't be a problem.

It's not even 11 am and I've gotten my 12 glasses in.
Why? because it seemed a better choice then mindless munching of stuff I don't need.
Waiting for work to start at 12:30 pm so I'm gunna see if I can plan for the next two weeks menu (dinner only) breakfast is usually the same and lunch is usually leftovers of dinner.

All I've had so far today is coffee.....maybe I should go fill up my water bottle? I normally am ok with drinking water but doubt I ever actually get to 64oz. This will be a tough challenge for me. Oh, and I'm even worse at logging my water. Haha.0

My goal 2.5 liters done! As I presumed yesterday, I was already having that much on a daily basis. And, it's only 8 pm, I'm not going to bed anytime soon and it's gonna be at least a couple more glasses.0

So I had to take a break from water and had a diet coke with lunch. The upside is that I now have a cup with ice. Yay for ice water!! hehe
Oh, and after this cup is empty I will have met my goal!! Woo Hoo!!!

Great work everyone! I'm still a few glasses away from my goal, I need 12-13. But I'll get there. My glass is already half empty and I'll finish it in no time!
Sorry, had a whistling kettle and wanted to get my cold care tea brewing!
About milk - it's an excellent choice for your health, but I don't consider it water personally. You do get fluids from it, but it's too high calorie for counting as water.0 -

96 ounces down and it's only 3 pm, but I've been up for almost 12 hours.0

Aiming for 75 ounces a day this week. I do 2-3 cups of coffee a day though so I'll be sure to make up for those with extra water. Not doing any alcohol this week so nothing to make up for there. Halfway to my day one goal. Good luck everyone!
