I've thought about it. When I get done with C25K I'm going to work on the 10K plan so I keep in the habit of running and have a plan/goal. How about you?

The 20 min wasn't as hard as I thought it would be. I took it slow, but made it through the whole 20 min with no walking and probably could have gone longer.

Finished W5D3 today! The time flew by and 20 min wasn't bad like I was dreading that it would be.

I've had my stationary bike for a year now. I got one with a desk on top so that I can have my laptop right in front of me. I love it because it helps alleviate the boredom.

Just finished w3d3 of C25K. I even did an extra repetition! My body is tightening up and feels great. I don't have a scale, but my clothes are feeling looser.

I work out at home with videos and also have a stationary bike with a desk on it so I can play on the computer while I pedal. Time goes by really fast that way. I used to get really bored as well.

That's a good idea, I get bored as well. I've been playing it on my computer and having the tv on or music going as it plays.
