  • The best thing to do is to let them know what happened the last time and also NOT to watch when they stick you with the needle. Also try to take someone supportive along with you. Its summer time and donations are low so try to donate if you can.

  • I prefer the live classes for the variety and the companionship of working out in a group setting. To me there really is no comparison!
  • Since you have Uverse I would look thru the On Demand workouts and find some that you like. You can preview them at your leisure. They have some really good ones out there and you won't have to spend any money!

  • Thanks, I might try this tomorrow. I like working on the incline. This looks like it might break up the boredom. What I think I'll do is walk during the incline and then jog during the flat portions. :-)
  • I had thunder thighs for years until last year I joined a bootcamp program that changed everything. My thigh size shrank dramatically and are no longer thick like they were. It was a combination of the interval training in bootcamp plus watching my diet that did the trick!
