A little unusual but I always keep Xtreme Wellness tortillas on hand. 50 calories apiece, helps me through the day with cheese and lunch meat

Logging is definitely accurate. I measure everything out. This thread has helped me to realize what I should be doing. Thanks, everyone.

And I'm not really worrying about anything beyond protein intake so maybe I need to watch salt to prevent that.

Right and I get that. I did break the cardinal rule and have been weighing myself daily and noticed I'm up two pounds from yesterday and then went back down.

I actually do not currently work out. Have trouble finding time to do it during the week working 40 hours and going to school full time.

I'm actually not doing much exercise other than the occasional drumming and walking around campus.

I started at 235 and I'm down to 200. My goal weight WAS like 200 but I've re-adjusted it to like 175 now...

I eat 1700 calories per day and do not sugar. That's it.
