I'm pretty sure I sound like a crazy person but I'm not seeing results the last week or so
So I started at 263 pounds. I started May 29th and have had weigh-ins every Wednesday since then: 6/7: 254 lbs 6/14: 251 lbs 6/21: 249 lbs I've been super strict about my calorie limits, only going over 1300... twice? I think? 2nd Plateau?
So recently, I've been feeling like I've hit a second plateau. I've gone from 235 to 160. (5'11") I hit my initial plateau at around 190. Stuck there for a long time, have moved down to 160. Eating around 1500 calories per day, watching my protein and vitamins, making sure I'm good in those departments. Any suggestions?

Weight Regain?
So I've gone from 235 to 185 since January using MFP. Recently however, I've gone back up to 192 while still following MFP's recommendations. Any insight?

I feel I may be losing weight too fast?
I've lost 35 pounds since January 24th. I've been following the myfitnesspal recommended caloric intake (I go about 200 below it so I eat around 1600-1700 calories per day) and I feel like I might be losing too fast.
