2nd Plateau?

So recently, I've been feeling like I've hit a second plateau. I've gone from 235 to 160. (5'11") I hit my initial plateau at around 190. Stuck there for a long time, have moved down to 160.

Eating around 1500 calories per day, watching my protein and vitamins, making sure I'm good in those departments. Any suggestions?

    Change your workout. When I hit one I go from Running to Zumba, or from Zumba to dancing like a complete moron, or from Zumba back to running. Mix it up a bit.

    I actually do not currently work out. Have trouble finding time to do it during the week working 40 hours and going to school full time.

    That could be the whole problem then :( I know it's hard, but try 10 mins a day of something that will build muscle
