Weight Regain?

So I've gone from 235 to 185 since January using MFP. Recently however, I've gone back up to 192 while still following MFP's recommendations.
Any insight?

Limited insight, based only on my own experience. Have you been doing just one type of exercise?
If so, try changing it up. I started losing in November 2010. After a while, I started doing JUST walking. I carried on losing, then I stalled and re-gained about half of what I lost. I was still doing everything else the same, eating and burning the same amount of calories, but my body must have adjusted. It took me over half a year to figure out that it might have been that I was only doing one type of exercise, and once I switched it up I started losing again.0 -
I'm actually not doing much exercise other than the occasional drumming and walking around campus.0
