i change my breakfasts everyday so i dont get tired of the samething and usually small breakfasts im not too much of a morning person like this morning i had a tomato sandwich, yesterday was two.packets of instant oatmeal, the morning before was a fried egg sandwich, my appetite isnt too good in the mornings

i think about this myself. im sorta in the same boat with the exception i work in a grocery store i go to work in the morning and at lunch i get something at lunch i just get something that i can eat a small portion and hope for the best although i do question my calorie intake and know that for that day i will be off

I am sorry that someone has given you a hard time. She cant be any better than any of us or she would not need to use this site. That is wrong for someone to harass you like that I hope MFP does something about it. They should remove her because if she is doing that to you she might do it to someone else here.
