  • i take an energy pill thats made of green tea extract and some root. I find it really works. I tried kicking caffeine and made it 14 days after severe withdrawal so i dont plan on doing that again. I had a Starbucks addiction i was trying to overcome, the pills did it for me.

  • i hate to say it but we arent all unique like our parents told us. The thousands of cases doctors study give them a much better idea of whats going on with our bodies than we do....Even if you google it. I Agree with DanaDark. Even if the Doc has told you something you dont like.
  • Same problem, i go out with co-workers 4-5 days a week for lunch. At the beginning I was eating along the same lines as them. Then i started drinking only water which helped make me feel a lot fuller so I wouldn't order a huge lunch. I have also started to check the food database before we go out for lunch so i am prepared…
