coffee alternatives?

Hi there
so like many, i need more morning caffeine buzz to get going, but .. ok so im just gonna say it: diarrhea is an inevitable friend that comes along with a cup of coffee.
what are some alternatives?
i sometimes drink green tea, but i was wondering if there are some other stuff out there? tea just doesn't cut it for me

    You could try the Crystal Light to-go energy packets. There's 120mg of caffeine in one packet. I used to drink the wild strawberry flavor until I gave it up.

    Try a different brand or type of coffee.

    Chickary is an alternative; however, it is made from a root that is used to treat constipation.

    Both Coffee and Chickary both can cause Diarrhea.

    Hot Tea? *shrugs*

    I gave up coffee and now only drink Water and Unsweetened Tea.
  • i take an energy pill thats made of green tea extract and some root. I find it really works. I tried kicking caffeine and made it 14 days after severe withdrawal so i dont plan on doing that again. I had a Starbucks addiction i was trying to overcome, the pills did it for me.

    Crystal light energy...although I wish it were made with splenda. :/

    You could try chai, basically black tea with cinnamon and other spices. Stash Chai Spice is my favorite. I drink a cup with breakfast before I drink my daily 2 1/2 cups of coffee.

    I've found that I actually wake up a lot faster if I drink 20 or 30 ounces of near frozen ice cold water. Shocks the system much more than the gentle caress of caffeine.

    the faster you drink it, the better.
