Nutrilite Fat Trimmer Plam

Has anyone ever tried this plan. It supposed to be a weight loss method based on a complete healthy diet and there is a carb blocker and fiber supplement involved.

Or you could just eat a healthy diet.

I just think it's easier than spending money on a "fat trimmer system."
  • so is not gaining weight i want to loose in the first place......Using science to our advantage is what has let society evolve but everyone thinks that when it comes to health medieval is better (Organic Foods for Instance). I am asking for anyone who has used it in the past, it could be a totally healthy system (Multivitamins and Phytonutrients) you are obviously assuming otherwise.

I think science has taught us that a moderate calorie deficit and regular exercise is the key to losing weight, and continuing to exercise and eat healthy, nutrient dense foods is the best way to keep the weight off and stay healthy. Yay science! :flowerforyou:
  • Thanks for the reasonable response No sarcasm that time. I am really bad at getting nutrient rich food in a day and was hoping a strict regiment or eating plan could help. Which is what i was lead to believe this plan is....

Unfortunately, diet plans like this one aren't usually very healthy or sustainable. If you're looking at diet plans like this one, think about what it is you will do once the supplements run out, or the snack bars are gone? You've really learned nothing about how to essentially fit real food and eating plans into your own lifestyle.

Ask yourself what is really holding you back and keeping you from reaching your goal. I think turning to these quick fixes that don’t actually work is a way for people to take the blame off of themselves and ignore the things they are doing to make themselves fail or sabotage themselves, or it is the people who don’t have the resources or knowledge to learn otherwise. You have plenty of resources on MFP. Figure out what is standing in the way, ask how to stop it, and then make a plan. If you’re legitimately consistent with your plan and it still doesn’t work, then ask again and try something new.

Point of fact - You are the only person on this thread who has used sarcasm. Granola made a perfectly reasonable response to save your money and use the scientifically proven method of weight loss which boils down to move more and eat less.

Supplements made for weight loss do not work. It is a waste of money that you could be spending on good food instead.

Everyone gets caught up on spending money on good food. Take money out of it and do both.....Weight loss supplements don'y work?? Your right the 9 Billion dollar industry is actually one big scam.....And never mind the science either
