Wow, your looking great by the way. I used to, but I found they bloated me. Other solution: In my case I realized I wasn't eating enough hard food to give me enough fiber ( and 2 liters of water a day) so I make sure I eat a carrot or apple, hard vegetables and fruits.... Being bunged up sucks and is not healthy...

I used to be with WW too. But when they found how how much I weighed: I had no friends any more! I was still 20lb overweight – but I wasn't fat enough!! This place is really good and your friends are fab. Welcome to the sweet world of MFP :)

I'm dehydrator addicted and use mine every week. I made heaps of dried fruits that I put in nice jars that sit on the side so the family when hungry grab a handful of that instead of rubbish.
