I am currently at about 275, lost 16 lbs so far this time around, so I started at 291. I am also doing low carb, but that doesn't really matter much. Anyone with around 100 or so to lose can add me. I'm trying to be more active on here. :)

Congrats! I'm nearly 5'11" and am weigh about 279 right now. Do you might be asking what size you're currently wearing? As I know tall girls like us tend to carry our weight a lot better, it's hard to tell.

I'm on level 2 day 8, and it definitely does get easier. Personally though, I still have to modify the moves, but I just try my best, and that's what counts.

Adding! I recently lost just under 100 lbs but gained about 20 or so back the last few months. Still have at least 100 more to go, so I should be here a while as well! :)

I'm 5'11", started at 359 lbs, my current goal is 180 lbs, and I currently weigh 270.8 lbs.

I started at about 359, but was around 311 when I started logging, and am now 272.8, but my weigh in's tomorrow, so I'm hopeful for less! :tongue:

Portion control, for sure. I was doing low carb for a couple months, then had a bit of a mishap and realized that moderation is going to be my key to success. Definitely, I've recently realized that everything in moderation is okay, and not what caused me to get this big, so logging is important.

Yep! I go biking nearly every day of the week most weeks! I'm starting C25K though, so that might change. I only take a rest day if and when I feel I really need it. Even on days where I don't do any exercise for exercise's sake, I still get physical activity, and that's important to me. :)

Down at least another 10 lbs, possibly 14, but only because that would make 100 lbs lost, I'd definitely be happy with 10 though. :)

I log every day, I'm also a hockey fan, love Crosby and the Pens, but my allegiance is to the Sens, just FYI. :smile:

Depends on the day, sometimes I'm just craving something sweet, sometimes chocolate specifically, sometimes nothing at all. When I do crave it though, I go for at least 85% cocoa. A whole pile of new clothes in significantly smaller size obviously! And recently I've started thinking that I want a tattoo, though I've yet to come up with any ideas for it, other than to have it symbolize my journey in some way. Hopefully I'll come up with something by the time I reach goal. :)

That's just completely horrible. People like that don't deserve to breathe our air. I'm not one to wish death on anyone, but if they just disappeared off the face of the planet, I wouldn't be that disappointed.

Every morning to see how what I ate and the activities I did affect the number, as well as to know whether or not a trend develops. However, I only log my weight on Tuedays. I find weighing myself every morning gives me accountability for the previous day, along with motivation for that day.

I tend to log what I can just slightly before eating it, to know how it affects my macros. When it comes to meat, chicken, etc., it can be slightly before (but after it's cooked), during, or after. I don't tend to eat actual meals a lot, I prefer an almost "munching" approach, so obviously that affects when I log as well.

I weigh myself every morning after I've been to the bathroom to pee and such, mainly to see how certain foods as well as how activities affect my weight. Also because I like to know if there's a trend up or down so that I can be sure my official weigh in on Tuesday isn't just a fluke.

I started out this year with a goal of losing 179 lbs, I've lost about 84 of those thus far. So I'm at about 95 lbs left to lose, probably a few more when I see what I look and feel like at that weight. I'm only 18, almost 19, but feel free to add me. :smile:
