For the first time in two years, I don't hate seeing my reflection in the mirror at Zumba. Smallish thing but it makes me cry thinking about it!

You look terrific - yay you!

Put on pants that I've not been able to wear in over a year, and I don't have muffin top over them! (And someone noticed that my pants look big!) Made my day!

Thank you all. Looking at my day of eating on Monday, I ate very low carb, and definitely not enough protein. I know that I was hungry prior to the Zumba class, but afraid of jumping around on too much in the tummy. I see my doctor regularly, and have had no issues with other cardio classes - just happened on this day. The…

I realize weight loss is pretty slow. I was really dedicated last spring/summer and kind of slagged off, but I was doing less and losing more quickly last time. I have been at this for about 3 weeks, and honestly feel like I'm melting (which is AWESOME), but I'm surprised I'm not seeing it on the scale. Muscle holding on…

I hope we get some, then!! Hang in there!

I'll be happy with anything in the 10 - 20 lb area! Good luck all!

I'm exactly 5'4" and am shooting for 150 right now. I started at 195 and am at 170. I will reevaluate once I hit 150, but I haven't been there in so long I can't imagine being that small, honestly. Can't wait to have to make the decision to go lower!

I'm exactly 5'4" SW - 191 CW - 173 GW - 145 (I think...I need to see what that looks like me!) Nearly twenty pounds down in about 3 months...this program is great and the support is terrific! Just eat and move and you'll have great success!

great work! I'm doing the first one now...three days down...and love it! Hope to have such good results as you!

Did day 3 after work yesterday...taking a break tonight (although I don't want to!). I have to take my DD shopping for prom shoes after work...if I'm home early enough I will push through it...I'm kind of loving it, not going to lie! Also might have to look into level 2...or a knee brace! We all rock!!!

I completed day one, level one last night...wasn't sure I was going to make it, but felt AMAZING once it was over and woke up looking forward to doing it again. I have a question though...how do you count the calories burned with this? I'm still newish (today is my 45 day on MFP) and I'm really excited about all of it, but…

I do at least 30 minutes of something 6 days a week...anything! Right now I'm starting to try to mix it up a little more so I don't get burned out on the elliptical machine and treadmill. Let your body be your guide.

You look terrific! Keeps up the great work...it's inspirational!

That's an awesome NSV...not small at all (but you are!)
-
Thanks! Totally made my day!

Outstanding work and what an inspiration to stick with it! You look amazing!

Currently, once a week...same day each week. Get up, use the bathroom and get on the scale naked. When I start seeing a greater loss, I will become that daily weigher...I have before and suspect I will again, but for right now I'm really trying to stick to once weekly.

Best feeling ever! Keep up the good work!

Congratulations! You look amazing! :) Keep up the good work!

Hi MIchelle! I have a 40 lb. journey that I'm just 30 days into today. Don't be overwhelmed...break up that goal and it won't feel quite so daunting. Also, if you want to add me as a friend, please do! I can use the support too. We can do this!

I don't like a lot of typical breakfast foods, so I generally eat 2 wedges of laughing cow cheese and a slice or two of deli turkey, or crackers and cottage cheese, and a cup of sliced strawberries or grapes. For snacks throughout the day I love the Kashi bars and cereals.

I just tell myself to check out after eating dinner...once I sign off on MFP I'm done. I go read a book or get engaged in something else. Mind you, this is only 4 weeks in, but my resolve is currently strong, so I'm sticking with it!

Hello all! My name is Lisa and I'll be 45 in July. I never had weight issues in my teens or twenties, but started gaining in my 30s...as a mother of two little girls. Well, those girls are 16 and 18 now, and I have no more excuses...the time is now. I've been told I don't look my age, and while that's nice to hear, it's…

This is exactly what I found frustrating with WW. I love simple...and FREE. Basically it's a matter of finding what works for you and sticking with it. So far, for me, that's MFP!
