    How long did it take everyone to lose the weight?

    I started my weight loss journey in June 2011. One year later and I feel like I'm in the final countdown with less than 20# to reach my goal.

    Currently in a size 4 pants (from a tight 16) and I'm thrilled! It's almost more about getting fit for me now than the weight. If I like what i see in the mirror, then the weight doesn't really matter at this point.

    Hiya, 5 ft 3.5" here :)

    GW: Not sure yet, but at least 147.

    I used to be 147 and although I was verrrry slim in photos I wasn't very happy. Now I have had a baby I am not too sure what my body will be like at 147, as although I am exercising I cannot do high impact sports.. just hope what I am doing is enough to get rid of the 'Mama pouch' !!

    I'm 5'4 and my starting weight was 215 (biggest ever, except for when I was pregnant my highest weight was 250 with my daughter and 235 w/ my son.) My current weight is 156 and my goal weight is 135.
    21 more lbs. and I will weigh what I did in high school!! :happy:

    It feels so good when u reach each little step. First 5 lbs, then 10lbs, 15lbs etc.

    I'm close to the half way marker and fully realize that the second half will take a bit longer ... but I have the rest of my life to work on it ;)

    Look at the Success Stories posts!!!!! There are tons in there, it's AMAZING! I am also 5'4 and I am in the 200s, my weight loss goal is 114 lbs.. so I am always reading success stories for mojo! :)

    I'm 5'4" and I started at 189+ back in August of 2011. I'm now at 161-160 pounds and currently shooting for the top of my healthy weight range at 147.

    I hit my 25 pound loss in January 2012. Here's a picture of me after 25 pounds:

    I hit a big plateau but now I'm back on track and hoping for 30 soon.

    I am 5"4 inches tall when I first joined here I weighed 220 ppounds. I am now as of my last weigh in 191 pounds.

    I am 5'4". I was 218 when I started dieting. I am 146.6 as of this morning. Its hard but its doable. I am aiming for 125 ish. I thought I was being unrealisticly optimistic when I started but I look at that number now and think I can do this. :-)

    I've been on MFP for a while but just started getting into the forums. And looking for support. I started out doing really well- lost 25 pounds in about 2.5 months when I started in November, and recently (about a month ago) fell off the bandwagon when I quit seeing results. Well enough is enough- hopping back on with a one way ticket! Lets do this!

    I gained 32lbs before I got pregnant and 49lbs when I was pregnant at the age of 16/17. So I WOOPING 81lbs. I lost 59lbs of that about 3 years ago and I gained 53 back over the past 1.5 years or so! My goal is to top that 59 and hit 75-80 and KEEP IT off this time.

    I am 5'4" and starting right at 192-188. I fluctuate a lot from day to night and even day to day! I want to get to 150 as a goal and then see just how far I can take it!!

    Goal - Back to my 140 ((or at least down in that ballpark))
