Well, I am 5'1" and my starting weight was 276 pounds, but my current weight is 196 pounds, so technically that is my current starting weight.
My goal weight is 150 pounds.

I started at exactly 200 lbs...and I'm now at 189...aiming for 170 and then I'll reassess!
My build is very curvy with pretty thick muscles. Like a wrestler...real dainty, huh? Lol. I don't really care anymore...I've finally begun to embrace myself as the strong woman I am...and I'm aiming to become stronger. So what if my developing deltoids freak out the wimpy men. Haha.

I am 5'5" and started at 232.....and now I'm 130.8 You can do it....don't let anyone tell you different! I'm here to prove it. I did it from diet & exersice. I tried every diet until I found one I could live with!!0

My first goal weight is 180 because the last time I weighed that I was eating maybe 1000 calories a day if I'm being generous. Obviously, that was not healthy at all! So I want to see how I look and feel after getting there in a healthy manner. Then I will re-evaluate!

Goal weight is 130. Unless i get lots of muscles, then i will be heavier (and better looking lol)

How long did it take everyone to lose the weight?
I started my weight loss journey in June 2011. One year later and I feel like I'm in the final countdown with less than 20# to reach my goal.
Currently in a size 4 pants (from a tight 16) and I'm thrilled! It's almost more about getting fit for me now than the weight. If I like what i see in the mirror, then the weight doesn't really matter at this point.0 -

I used to be 147 and although I was verrrry slim in photos I wasn't very happy. Now I have had a baby I am not too sure what my body will be like at 147, as although I am exercising I cannot do high impact sports.. just hope what I am doing is enough to get rid of the 'Mama pouch' !!0 -
