Thanks for the advise. I'm defintely going to look into the bracelet when I get home. I work offshore and the medic here is aware of my low HR for that reason. If only I knew about this "Gift" before. Perhaps I would've been an olympian. haha

I've experienced this just a few times and mostly when I haven't eaten much. but lack of food wasn't an issue before. LOL :)

Yes I am exercising. Mostly running but I did that before. I can run faster for a longer period of time. I run 3-4 times a week for 30-40 minutes. 3.5 to 4.6 miles each day. Just wondering if other people have noticed a big drop. I saw a speciallist about 2 years ago and they told me it was a normal Low and nothing to…

I have 1 little doll who will be 2 years old this month. I started at 196 and lost 12 pounds unintentionally during my first 3 months of pregnancy then bolted up to 252+ before I gave birth. I dont know what my final weight was, I weighed 252 nine days before she was born. I got down to about 185 by her 1st birthday by…

I normally don't have cheat days, but I usually have a not so healthy meal on sunday, complete with dessert. Today I went completely overboard and I so regret it now. Too much chocolate. Too many calories.....

I weigh in mondays too! I do have a cheat meal sunday nights but its quite consistant.
-
Congrats!! You look fantastic!

Cold turkey was the way for me. 4 weeks without any sugar besides fruit and now I treat myself on Sundays. in the evening though, So I have to go to bed and when I wake up its forgot about and I have a new week ahead of me. As soon as it touches my mouth i crave it so much more. I am totally addicted. I'm craving it right…

Unfortunately I can relate to your daughter. I was 115lbs when I was 8 years old. I think its great that you're trying to get her active. I was semi active as a kid but I think the biggest cause of my weight was what my family ate. There was rarely fresh vegetables but lots of fried foods, cheese, pasta, bread, and rice.…

Sugar! Chocolate, cookies, cheesecake, basically anything sweet. I have a real problem with it. I limit myself to one day a week where I can treat myself with processed sugar for the pure fact that once I taste it I just want more.

I'm a daily logger too! And also fairly new! Add me if you like!

I weigh myself once every 2 weeks! before I would weigh myself daily, even a few times a day sometimes. But it didn't at all help me. Weight fluctuates throughout the day. I would obsess over it. Now I just stay off the scales. If i'm on track I should be losing. Its just less for me to worry about. :)

Thanks for the comments! Gee I wish I knew this before! Wouldn't have ate back all of my exercise calories!
