I have tried alli and am on it now. It does help but you still have to eat right and exercise and yes it will cause you to use the bathroom sometimes. I use lemon cake mix, 1/2 box lemon pudding mix with diet sundrop. For the topping I use FF cool whip with the other 1/2 of the lemon pudding mix and 1/3 box of low fat cream cheese. It is yummy!

I haven't been able to do the shred since last Thursday. I over did it last week but I am going to get back to it today or tomorrow hopefully. Glad everyone is doing good.

I checked my weight this morning and it was 211.8. So that is my weigh-in for the week.

I forgot to weigh this morning until after Breakfast. Last weeks was 213.4 and todays was 212.6. I will weigh in the morning to make sure this is correct. I had a good week as far as my exercising but I didn't eat all of my calories and I think that hurt me. This week will be better!

Ok here are my stats for last week. 5 hrs on tradmill 30 day shred- 5x Yoga-5x 6 nights w/o late night snacks CW--214 I only lost .4 lbs.
