Yes it's worth it However, It's only worth it if you are prepared to work hard and commit to it fully. It is not a program for the faint of heart. If you have never done intense exercise I wouldn't recommend you start with it. It's a 90 day program that will work if you commit! Good luck!

No but just watch what kind of protein you consume. Stick with lean protein sources. Not ones with a lot of added calories or fat.

I have had great results doing P90X and of course keeping a strict diet. Good luck!

I copied this from the the Beachbody FAQ section of the site. http://www.beachbody.com/product/fitness_programs/p90x2-workout-the-next-p90x.do?code=P90X2DOTCOM Consider P90X2® the next wave in applied science for body transformation. Like P90X®, it's a complete 90-day program but with all-new, cutting-edge workouts…

I too have the same problem. Make sure you were good shoes... An orthoetic insert helps and lots of stretching.

Set up the exercise under cardio exercises and log the calories you burned. Assuming you have a HRM.
-
Couldn't find it in the to add to my log.

Check out NutraBio.com's protein..great tasting best I have had and I have tasted many. Great quality too...no fillers.

I too started entering exercise since i purchased my HRM. However since the HRM isn't 100% accurate I deduct about 100-200 calories from my readings to compensate.
