Yesterday 188lbs Today 189lbs Yeah, price was officially paid for my over-indulging Tuesday evening.... then REALLY over-doing it Wednesday lunch, then dinner with blowing off my workout. Hoping that two days of being back on track put me back to 188lbs. We'll see tomorrow morning!

The skin about 3-4 inches my c-section scar is still numb. I recently managed to give myself 2nd degree burns with a heating pad because I couldn't feel my skin burning (nor could I feel anything as it healed).
