i've been eating between 1200-1400 calories daily, exercising for 1 1/2 hours 5 days a week including elliptical, treadmill, and rowing machine0 -
I forgot to weigh this morning! The phone rang right after my alarm went off, it was my daughter's school's automated message system saying that there was a 2 hour delay because of impending weather. Twenty minutes later we were camped out in the basement because of tornado warnings and funnel clouds spotted near our home. Everything and everyone is fine but all the chaos made me forget to weigh in. I've been up for 3.5 hours and had breakfast so it's too late to do it now with any accuracy. I'll be back tomorrow with my weigh in.0
