Sounds awesome! I try to put kale or spinach in all my smoothies too, it's pretty much tasteless when added with other things and just makes it all the more healthy! :) Thanks for the recipe, I'll have to try it out whenever I crave ice cream! :)

The texture stays the same as natural water! Unless you're planning on mashing your apples, it should stay this way :) I drink about 3-4 cups of this a day. I do up 100-115 calorie snack bags of Quaker Oats Crispy Minis. I also like Cantaloupe and reduced fat cheese slices (30 calories for one)
