Cinnamon Apple *Detox* Spa Water!

I think eating the apple is a better idea. Drinking the water plain may not please your taste buds as much, but promoting it as a "detox" is silly.0

Thanks for sharing. This sounds awesome and perfect for fall with the flavors! I'm going to try this within the next week.0

Can we rename this Welcome to Fall water? Love it!!!0

While the "detox" part of it I don't think really matters (your liver and kidneys do all of the detoxing your body really needs), it is a FANTASTIC way to get people to drink MORE water, which is very necessary for promoting better bowels and easing water retention. It sounds delicious!0

Following you on pinterest - runningbelle is my username. Thanks for the tip! I'm curious if this would work with powdered cinnamon or only the cinnamon sticks. I don't have any sticks on hand, so I'm considering trying the powder. hehehe.0

I have been drinking this water for about 2 months and I love it!! I actually use an infuser pitcher and love it as well. I have noticed I don't feel as bloated and have more energy. I usually drink at least 3 large glasses a day. I have also made cucumber mint water and some berry infused water, but the apple cinnamon is my favorite so far!!0

Also, I LOVE apple cinnamon water. It's delicious. The other amazingly awesome thing is tea. Herbal teas are awesome. I buy the campe (or something like that) tea from Davids Tea and make a huge batch. It's calorie free, sweet, and tart. I love it. It needs no sweetner. You can also buy great green teas that have dried fruit in them to make your own flavoured water. Make sure you buy a very light green tea though else it's not good chilled.0 -

Thanks for posting, I'll have to try it
It's not to replace a meal, am I correct? Just drink it as you'd drink your water?0 -
Sounds delicious!0

Bump! What section of the grocery store would you find actual cinnamon sticks? I shop at Walmart regularly and haven't seen them.0
