The only thing that i have been doing is running. I also stretch before every workout ad warm up with push ups, sit ups, jumping jacks, etc. thats mostly for a warm up though to get my heart rate up.

The one thing that keeps me motivated is becoming a better me all around! I want to be happy with myself and more confident than i have been. I feel that if i push myself and lose the weight and inches i will be more confident with myself and i will become a better me!!!

my goal is to lose exactly 80lbs. I am 5'3'' and weigh 230 lbs. so i know there is a big jump from where i am to where i want to be but i will be taking it one lb at a time. :smile:
