I normally do log it because I clean from top to bottom every weekend. Kitchen, bathrooms, dust, sweep, swiffer (I have a cat!), mop, vacuum the furniture and floors. It normally takes me about 2 hours but I normally just log an hour or so. And I do break a sweat!

Just finished week 2 this morning! Feel free to add me! I used to jog (for only a few months) about 5 years ago! I want to run a 5k, and build up to a 10k. I also want to get into running as a hobby so I will always commit to exercising! It seems to be addictive, and it is an addiction I need to add to my life!

Just finished W2D3 today. Well, actually D4 because I do this 4 days a week. Will start W3 on Wednesday. So far, I am loving this! It kicks my butt at 5:30 am, but I manage to push through it!

I weigh myself everyday. This morning I am up 1.2 lbs from yesterday. . . . . and stayed well under my calories and exercised ALL weekend long. I WILL NOT get discouraged because I know I'm doing what is right.

[Almost all the cardio is jumping. Jumping Jacks, Butt Kickers, and Jump Rope.] Oh well. . . . . . just ordered it and will have it on Saturday:bigsmile: Sorry, neighbor:ohwell: I've been doing the treadmill for 2 weeks (incline and just started C25K), and I need some toning in my routine! Can't wait to get it and get…

I so want to try this!!! Is there a TON of jumping in the workouts? I'm just concerned because I have to exercise at 5:30 AM and I have a 3rd floor apartment. I know I already bother my neighbor downstairs:ohwell: but I don't want to make it any worse:embarassed:

[At this rate I may just try to run inside my little apt. (no treadmill) and possibly annoying my poor neighbor downsairs, just to get past week 2!] I know what you mean! I have a 3rd floor apartment and hit the treadmill at 5:45 in the mornings! Hopefully no one uses the spare bedroom below me!

I am starting tomorrow! I am a size 14, weigh 166 currently. I can't wait to get started on this! Good luck!

Thanks! I am definately going to try it. I just got back on the treadmill last week, but I've been doing the incline. I got into jogging a little bit several years ago. I could really tell a difference in my waist and my arms! It felt like it was a full body workout. So I want to get back in it now. Also, running seems to…

Unfortunately I weigh myself every morning at the same time. I know this is not a good thing, but I'm not getting discouraged (so far) if the scale doesn't go down, or even goes up. Because I still know that I'm doing the right thing. It is a huge motivator when I see it go down!

6 down, 21 to go. Those last 10 lbs are so hard to lose! You DO have to fight hard for every ounce!

Just cancelled my weight watchers online last week. I lost 35 lbs on it about 5 years ago, It WORKS!!! And I loved it! But just couldn't get motivated to get back on it. So I thought I would try something new. I do love MFP:)
