I was going to say the same about coffee - never ever giving it up! SF syrups and truvia go a long way.

I think it's his preference. I have my preferences too..it's human nature. I just don't think someone should look SOLELY on a size, which is what I think he was trying to say.

I'd say as long as you're being honest (pictures are not misleading) and yourself, this is they way you "weed out" the ones that are not worthy of you..every ounce regardless of size, weight. I dated someone who loved me for me at 225lbs, and when I got smaller I was the same person, just smaller. Maybe get yourself out…

Feel free to add me. I currently have 20 (to be at "goal") pounds but always track and keep myself accountable. MFP is an everyday tool, not something to just get me there. GL to all..and go get em'! :)

Start by not punishing or insulting yourself. It's a marathon, not a sprint. We are all works in progress in some way. Enjoy the PROGRESS and learn to be your biggest supporter. GL! :)

SO can relate. I just look in the mirror once in a while and say: Self, STFU and I love you! :)

You should say: Well, good because I wouldn't say yes right now at this "douche level you are at." You lose weight for you and only you...nobody else. Nothing wrong with honesty, but there is an alternative like supporting you and helping like working out together and eating well together. Not rude comments like him not…

I would partake in this as well. How do we join?
